Two ways to keep the good bits of your gathering.
By To Have & To Hold ·

Every event you have trusted us with has become part of our story. The celebrations, the people arriving together, the pictures passed from hand to hand: those are the moments we want you to have and to hold. We have been working on the experience around those pictures, too.
In this story
A familiar face, or a moment of your own.
There are now two ways to bring our instant photography service into your gathering. The right choice depends on how you want guests to experience it. You might want someone to help bring people together for a picture, or a corner where friends can make their own little moment.
Our staffed setup, with a little more care.
Our manned operating setup is the familiar option: photographers help guests make their pictures. We have upgraded the lighting and trained our photographers to make the experience smoother.
It is a good starting point when you want help guiding guests through the photo moment. Tell us about the space, the lighting and your programme when you enquire so we can plan the setup around your event.
A new self-operated setup.
Our self-operating option gives guests a more personal way to make their photos. A group of friends, a couple, someone with a message for the guestbook: the point is to make a memory that feels like theirs.
When you book, ask us how the self-operated setup will fit your venue and guest count. We will help you discuss the space and the experience you want before you settle on an option.
The work you should not have to think about.
We have retrained our team on the equipment and put more structure around arriving on time and delivering the service. From setup to packdown, our aim is a smoother experience for you and your guests.
If we have worked with you before, your feedback is welcome. Tell us what you loved and what you would like us to improve when we next speak. That feedback helps us take better care of the next gathering.
A thank-you to our returning clients.
We shared a 10% returning-customer booking offer in our recent email. If you received it, mention the offer when you enquire so we can confirm that it applies to your booking. Your quote and date availability will be confirmed with the team.
Let us know what you are planning.
Start with your event date, location and approximate guest count. Tell us whether you are interested in photo prints, an audio guestbook, or both. If you already have a preference for the staffed or self-operated setup, include that in your notes.
You can explore the current event packages on our website and send a request when you are ready. The best part comes later: watching your guests leave with something they want to keep.
