Website measurement

We use Umami to understand visits, checkout steps and which campaigns bring people to the shop. We keep a random browser identifier and first and latest campaign tags in your browser for up to 30 days. Campaign details may also be attached to your order or event request so we can understand completed purchases and accepted bookings.

Analytics events exclude your email, address, phone number, uploaded photos and recovery tokens. Umami is disabled in the admin portal and respects Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control and the preference below. We do not record browsing-session replays. This preference applies to Umami on this browser.

Newsletter preferences

When you join Letters to Keep, we use your email address and chosen topics to send a confirmation email and, after you confirm, the letters you requested. Resend processes these emails and stores contact and topic preferences on our behalf. Joining is optional and separate from placing an order.

Unconfirmed requests expire after 24 hours. We retain a minimal record of your consent and chosen topics for up to one year. We use short-lived, hashed email and network identifiers to limit repeated signup requests. Email addresses and confirmation tokens are not included in our newsletter analytics events.

You can manage topics or unsubscribe using the link in each newsletter. A previous global unsubscribe stays in place. To request help or removal of your newsletter data, contact hello@thth.ng.

At To Have & To Hold, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose your personal information.

1. Application of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the use of our website at https://www.thth.ng, our mobile application, and all affiliated websites and services owned and operated by us (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy is part of our Terms of Use.

2. Information We Collect and How We Collect It

Information You Provide Us:

When you register for a To Have & To Hold account, attend an event, interact with us on social media, or provide us with information, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, banking information, and other details that identify you (collectively, "Personal Information").

Information from Third Parties:

We may collect Personal Information about you from other companies, such as consumer reporting agencies or your employer.

Information Automatically Collected:

We may collect information about your use of our Services, including Device Information, Log Information, and information collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Location Information:

To Have & To Hold may collect and use location data from your device to enable certain features of the app. This includes showing nearby vendors, venues, and services based on your location to enhance your event planning experience.

Your location data may be accessed while the app is in use or running in the background, but only if you grant permission. We do not share your location with third parties for advertising purposes.

You can control location access in your device settings at any time. Disabling location services may limit some features of the app.

Instax Photo Maker:

When you choose, crop, caption, or download an image in our Instax Photo Maker, that work happens locally in your web browser. The original image is not uploaded to us and does not leave your device.

If you separately choose to order a physical print, we ask for your confirmation before uploading the cropped Mini print image. That copy is stored at a public Blob URL for order fulfilment, so anyone who obtains its hard-to-guess link can access it. The optional caption and downloadable border are not included in the print upload.

If you use the optional direct-print feature, your browser asks permission to pair with a compatible Instax Link printer using Web Bluetooth. The compressed print image is transferred directly from your browser to that printer and is not uploaded to our server.
